Hi, I’m Danielle. I help people who feel lost in the weight of depression and anxiety find their way back to themselves. Life can get really heavy, and sometimes it feels like you’re just trying to hold it all together, putting on a face and pushing through, but inside you’re drained. I get it. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start feeling better.
In therapy with me, you get a real person. I show up with you. We talk about the hard stuff honestly, and we figure out what’s actually going to help you feel lighter and more grounded. Whether that means learning to quiet the noise in your head, manage anxiety before it takes over, or just remember what it feels like to breathe again.
We’ll take it at your pace, with no pressure and no pretending. You don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here to walk beside you, to help you feel seen, understood, and more like you again.
