Navigating Change and Finding Your Path Forward

Life transitions can change everything...your roles, relationships, routines, and even how you see yourself. Some transitions are expected, like graduating, starting a career, getting married, becoming a parent, or retiring.

Others come out of nowhere, like losing a job, going through a divorce, facing illness, or the death of someone close. Some changes are chosen, others are imposed, but all of them bring uncertainty.

Even positive changes, like a promotion or planned move, can feel overwhelming because they require leaving parts of your old life behind.

At Grace Therapy, our online life transitions counseling in Chicago helps you navigate these changes without having to do it alone. We provide support to process the losses and uncertainties that come with change, explore how your identity shifts in new circumstances, and develop practical strategies to adjust.

Our goal is to help you move through transitions with clarity and a sense that growth is possibleeven in the midst of disruption.
