Online Support for LGBTQ+ Clients Across the Lifespan
Being LGBTQ+ is not the cause of mental health struggles. Often, it is the experience of moving through a world that does not always make space for you that creates stress, pain, or disconnection. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, talk through those experiences, and reconnect with who you are, what matters to you, and where you belong.
At Grace Therapy, our work often includes grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Some people come in feeling anxious or overwhelmed. Others are working through depression, healing from past experiences, or simply looking for a space where they can speak openly and be understood. Wherever you are in that process, you are welcome here.

Who you truly are
is not a problem to fix
Your identity is not the issue. In therapy, this means we don’t approach who you are as something that needs to be changed or corrected. Instead, we focus on understanding your experiences, unpacking the challenges that come from living in a world that may not always accept you, and helping you navigate life in a way that honors who you are. At Grace Therapy, we help you feel seen and supported while building coping skills, processing difficult emotions, and strengthening your connection to yourself and your community.
You do not have to shrink parts of yourself in therapy
Here, you can be yourself, regardless of who you identify with or as: gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, asexual, queer, questioning, demisexual, trans, nonbinary, genderqueer, genderfluid, agender, intersex, or anywhere else across the full spectrum of genders and sexualities.
