Diagnostic Assessment & Clinical Evaluation

We offer diagnostic assessments for adults seeking clarity around mental health concerns or symptoms. This service is appropriate for individuals who want a professional clinical evaluation to better understand what they’re experiencing, begin therapy, or help guide next steps in care.

 

During an initial intake session, a licensed clinician conducts a comprehensive clinical interview and evaluates symptoms using DSM-5-TR criteria. When clinically appropriate, a mental health diagnosis may be identified at that time. In some cases, a diagnosis may be considered provisional and refined as therapy continues.

 

This service can support treatment planning and help clarify concerns related to anxiety, mood, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions. It does not include medical or psychiatric evaluation, medication management, or prescribing. When medical care is indicated, referrals or collaboration with medical providers can be made.
